By using the Online Fee Payment system, you agree to the following:

  1. The information provided by you is true and correct to the best of your knowledge.
  2. You understand that the GURUSHARAN CONVENT reserves the right to change/modify the rules and regulations relating to admission (which will be notified on our website from time to time) to the courses conducted by it from time to time and you agree to abide by the same.
  3. The decision of the GURUSHARAN CONVENT regarding granting or rejecting admission to any course conducted by it is final and binding on you.
  4. You authorize GURUSHARAN CONVENT to charge your Credit Card/bank account towards the fee as per the authorization given by you.
  5. GURUSHARAN CONVENT will not be responsible for any damage suffered by you from the use of the services on this site.

Refund Policy

Returns Our policy

Our policy is valid for 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your payment, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are applicable only when multiple attempts were made to pay the fees and in no case was the fee receipt issued/generated.

Steps to be followed for Refund:
  • Get in touch with your school fees in charge with a written application. The accountant of the school will check over the fee status on the system and issue the payment receipt (if applicable). In case the accountant of the school fails to provide a proper fee receipt, they will initiate the process of refund.
  • Refunds once approved are credited automatically to the original source account within 10 working days.
Missed Refund (applicable post 10 working days of refund initialization)
  • For Mobile Wallet/Card: If the refund amount is not credited to the source account, kindly check with the concerned source bank/account.
  • For Credit Card Payment: Kindly contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • For Net-banking: Kindly contact your bank. There may be= often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve followed all the above steps and you still have not received your refund yet, please write to us with the below-mentioned details:

  • Student Name
  • Class – Section
  • Admission Number
  • Screenshot of the transaction done
